Bio: Joanne is the President of Olive Oil Lovers and editor of Cooking With Olive Oil. Though there were no olive groves anywhere near her home state of Minnesota, her travels to the Mediterranean's most prized olive oil producers throughout the last decade inspired her to bring their products back to the United States so that all olive oil lovers could find the quality they deserve. She enjoys educating consumers on the multiple uses of olive oil in the kitchen and estimates she consumes a liter of olive oil a week and never has less than 4 different bottles of olive oil open at any given time.
